Weekend Flyball

Just to get away from puppies for a moment there was more indoor flyball at the weekend. Auntie Breeze, Chip & Dare were all involved in it.

We also think that Dare probably got the last points towards his FD (Flyball Dog) title as well on Sunday. This is a YouTube video of the team he raced with at the weekend. He is the last dog running in the first race.

    Wow that was loud. Sure glad we have 2 deaf dogs that didn't even budge.. That looks so cool.. How do they do that? Are they lined up one right after the other?

    The handlers hold them and let them go just at the right time (hopefully!) so they crossover just right. They have electronic eyes on the first part so you have to time it spot on to cross as close as possible.

    Not all dogs like each other so won't cross with others. Or they want to run 1st or last so its quite tricky to organise.
