Last training

We had our last training session on Sunday for a few weeks. The club is at two tournaments in a row this weekend and next at Fairview farm run by the Jets. Then its the British Championships in Warwickshire. I went last year but only as a spectator and I should hopefully be competing this time.

This was me doing jumping training on Sunday, it was a really hot and muggy day so we were all a bit lethargic!

Bit of a closer one of me. They say I have a very long tongue, a bit like a lizard!

And Super Chip,

He managed to run a 4.6second leg in training this week and that was at the end of the session and in all the heat. (I just wanted to find a nice cool drink and some shade.)

Chip is just a show off, don't mind him.

I didn't think you all looked lethargic. My idea of lethargic is doing nothing.

Hi Wizz! Just curious, what temperature is considered hot and muggy in your area? I visited England in the summer quite a few years back, and I needed a sweater the whole time!

Taryn, I think that sometimes it can get muggy in the 80's f in England . The problem is the weather can change so fast you dont get chance to be used to it.

I do like sweater weather myself ;-)
