Fenland Flyball

On Saturday we were at another Flyball  tournament this time in the Fens in a place called Great Barford.

It was a bit of a long drive taking us two and a half hours to get to the ground meaning we had to set off at 5.45am! It was also very windy which apparently is not uncommon as its very flat countryside.

We had some nice racing, didn't win anything, but we really stretched our legs !

Auntie Breeze and Dares team did make the 1/4 finals (it was a knock out competition). This is a video of them racing. Dare is the last dog racing in the two clips.

We didn't get a video of Auntie Breeze racing (unfortunately). As you can see she does enjoy getting her own way.

But  we had a great day out as usual and slept all the way home.

What fun! And two and a half hours is a close tournament for us! Man, even the tournament we are hosting ourselves this weekend is close to a two hour drive away. Six hours is more standard for us!
