Wet Weekend

Its been a bit of a washout this weekend weather wise, well the whole week really. It seems to have rained all the time this week.

The fields are really soaked with rain so flyball training was cancelled today which was a shame. We went for a long walk on the paths instead which is not as exciting.

I was waiting expectantly to come in from the conservatory today. The boss thought I was looking expectantly at them.



But there was someone much more interesting having a little snooze close by ...

Not impressed

I put my pink blanket in Chips basket to see what it looked like. I don't think he looks very impressed.



Maybe Chip will let me have the basket instead...

Dirty dogs

We got very muddy today doing flyball training.

These pictures don't really do justice to how muddy we actually were when we got home.

Dare was muddy.



Auntie Breeze was muddy (they were both to embarrassed to look at the camera...)



It was really interesting to watch them all be hosed down with cold water in the garden before they could go inside.



Then it suddenly dawned on me.... I was next

On the Heath

Went out for a run on the Heath today we don't go there very often. The ground was really wet as we have had quite a bit of rain recently.



I tried to show the boss that I wanted the tennis ball thrown by pointing at it.



Holding it.



Smiling encouragingly.



I got my message across in the end.



Humans are hard work sometimes.

Worrying Monster

I am always a bit concerned by strange noises and smells. So last night I was very concerned for the boss from something that was on the front room table.



I eventually built up enough courage to have quick look.



And yes my concerns were well founded when I saw a monster walking across the table.



Well Tabby our cat was, which is much the same thing...

Weekend Flyball

Just to get away from puppies for a moment there was more indoor flyball at the weekend. Auntie Breeze, Chip & Dare were all involved in it.

We also think that Dare probably got the last points towards his FD (Flyball Dog) title as well on Sunday. This is a YouTube video of the team he raced with at the weekend. He is the last dog running in the first race.

Puppy in the hand

This is one of the puppies from my Mums new litter. Isn't she small.



Its difficult to believe that I was as small as this once.

Well this is the first picture of the newest English Shepherds in the UK. Ten tiny little babes.



I bet they will not be that quite for long !

Mums new puppies have arrived

My mum Eve had her puppies on Friday so just a bit early for Valentines day.

Mum had 9 girls and 1 boy, all doing very well.

No pictures yet.... Will put some on here when we get some.

So you will just have to put up with these picture of little Chip enjoying his new bed for now !



He seems to enjoy it.

Nearly here

As you can see my Mum Eve is getting quite big and she is sighing a lot as well.



I think the new puppy's must be nearly here!

Wordless bashful Wednesday

Birthday Boy

Its Dares Birthday today he is 3 years old. Dare lives with us and is a Blue Merle Border Collie.



Dare had a bad time when he was a puppy as he had a very bad infection in his ears. He is fine now but has been unfortunately left deaf in one ear so he can not always tell what direction noises are coming from.



As you can see Dare has the Border Collie 'eye' and really likes to stare

Favorite things

One of my favorite things is food. Its something I really look forward to each day. If I don't get my lunch at exactly the same time every day I start to have a bit of a grumble.

Do you like the nice stand that my bowl sits on?



Not sure what is going on with those frogs under my bowl however...

New Puppies

My Mum and Dad (Adam & Eve) are having another litter of Puppies apparently due on Valentines day, so its quite exciting.

This is a picture of my Sister Abbie when we were little puppies and only a few weeks old.
