Flyball today

Went to the regular Saturday flyball training again today to watch Auntie Breeze, Dare and Chip train.

Chip seems to be getting good at flyball and he can 'single pace' between the jumps which seems to surprise everyone (apart from him) as he is so small.

This picture is Chip lying down waiting for a training race to start. That's a special small tennis ball he has in his mouth.

Agility training

I just got back from watching Auntie Breeze and Dare at Agility training tonight. I can't do Agility training for ages its something to do with my bones being fully grown so I don't get hurt.

The round thing I am looking at is a tunnel and the other things are jumps.

There was lots of other dogs and lots of noise, which was nice.

(The pictures are an odd colour apparently because they were taken indoors without a flash and the fluorescent lights reflect off the sand .)

Stuffed Border Collie

My mum had a lovely stuffed toy Border Collie.

This picture was taken early on when I was giving it a good play round the garden.

Now there is lots of white stuffing everywhere.

I don't think she was as pleased as I was...

My serious look

These are a couple of pictures of me in the garden practicing my serious look.

I was gong to use this look for when haven't been fed on time or taken for my walk yet.

Eating Alfresco

The good weather has continued this week so we have all been eating outside. Apparently this is called eating Alfresco which sounds very Continental.

So these are some pictures of Me, Auntie Breeze, Dare & Chip eating out in the garden.

I moved to eat my dinner so fast my ear was stuck over!

Not sure what Auntie Breeze was doing when this snap was taken, but Dare was staring at something as usual, as it looks like Chip was as well.

Must be that cat walking past again.

Which dog basket

On the theme of where to sleep again this is me Chip and Dare in three different dog baskets in my new room. If you look carefully you can see a cat walking outside in the top of the picture through the middle window.

The bottom picture is of her and she is called Tabby, sounds an odd name to me can't imagine what she is called after...

Gardening

The weather has been quite nice this week so I thought I would help everyone with the gardening.

I tried to do a little bit of trimming to this bush in the garden, very tasty.

Not sure that my mum was that pleased with this however.

Drink

I do like having a good look outside.


But one of my favorite things at the moment is having a nice drink of water.

My mum and dad think I have always got my head stuck in the water bowl.

Actually I think I like the food bowl more...

Lap dog

Today I was a bit of a lap dog.

But Chip beat me hands down in the comfort stakes. Curling up in front of the fire.

(I think he must be related to a cat.)

Where to sleep..

I am having a problem deciding where to have a nap.

My new room is nearly finished and the two best places currently are

1) snuggled up in a nice big dog basket by the wall

2) lying down by the back door all stretched out.

Both places are nice and cool.

Real German Shepherd

Ths is a picture from yesterday when I was meeting dogs at flyball she is a German Shephard call Tara.

I think she was more keen to get back to the training than stay and have a chat with me !

Flyball training

Went with Auntie Breeze, Dare and Chip today .

I watched more flyball training and did a bit of socialising with all the other dogs as well.

I also had a really good play with a tennis ball as there was loads to play with.




But I didn't really want to give the ball back !




But of course I did in the end.

Do I look like ?

We went to PetsatHome today to buy some puppy food.

Some people asked what sort of Dog I was. My Mum told them I was an English Shepherd so they said 'is that the same as an German Shepherd...' I think I look much prettier.

Busy week so far

Another busy week so far. At least two walks every day this week plus last night we went to obedience classes , me and Auntie Breeze. I tried to be good of course.

Today its been snowing again but I don't think its settled. This is a picture of me having a bit of a rest and sharing the settee with Auntie Breeze.

Its Raining

Its raining today, very heavily, so no pictures taken today.

These are from yesterday when we went for a walk down by the river in Maidstone between races at the flyball tournament.

The river was really high. I bet it will be even higher after all the rain today!

Flyball today

We went to flyball again today to watch Auntie Breeze race, her team FourPaws Flying won their division and it seemed very exciting.



This is me joining in the barking, it was indoors so it was very loud barking.



This is me doing my impression of a meerkat when I was watching the racing. The Tournament was in Maidstone in Kent.

Sunshine

Well the snow seems to have all gone now but its quite cold outside but nice and sunny.

So me and Chip did a bit of sunbathing today in the front room.

We are hopefully of to flyball again tomorrow to watch Breeze racing.

Nap time

Snows nearly gone which is a real shame.

These pictures were taken of me having a nap today and Dare having a 'stare'.

As you can see Dare has very blue eyes, not all that doglike (but don't tell him that...)

Snow is going away

The snow is starting to melt so this might be these last picture of us in garden in the snow for a while. Its a shame as I enjoy playing in the snow with the others.

We went training again tonight, its a wednesday night thing, me and Auntie Breeze. Lots of dogs to see and I did my heal, sit and recall when asked.

More Snow

More fun in the snow today.

You can see me having a trot around the garden in the snow (its quite cold on the paws) & then having a bit of fun with Dare & Chip.

Its meant to be thawing tomorrow but I am not so sure about that.

Loads of Snow

There was loads of snow today. Much more than we had last time. Its the most snow they have had here for 6 years !

The first picture is looking out on the garden and you can see my new rooms windows on the left.

The second picture is me inspecting the snow, apparently I look like an anteater in this picture...


The last picture is of me Dare and Chip playing in the snow, which was very cold.

Its getting cold

We went out to the park again today. But its getting a bit chilly there was a little bit of snow falling when we went out.

The first picture is from yesterday playing with Kaiza.

The next picture is from today's walk and you can see Breeze and Dare behind me waiting to play ball. I was about to start barking at something I hadn't seen before.

You can see it in the last picture apparently its called a kite and its not dangerous, but it looked like it needed barking at to me.
