Out walking again

I went to the vets last night for a check up and she said that my paw was healing nicely. So I can go out for walks again but only on a lead until the stitches are out.

I tried to have a zoom down the path to make up for being stuck inside.

But these gentle leader type leads do stop you pulling. They even stop Dare !

Thank goodness you are out and around, Wizz! I would imagine you are like Stumpy and need a good run once or twice a day! The lack of a good run makes Stumpy a wicked dog!

What no zoomies? Make a run for it quick...

I'm glad you are healing Wizz, but I wish you had not mentioned those "Gentle Leader" things! Now my Duchess thinks I need one! Yikes!!!

I never tried one of those leads on my dogs. They look very uncomfortable. I'm glad your foot is healing enough for you to go out for a walk.

The gentle leaders we use are called Gencon's they have a website @ www.gencon-allin1.co.uk/

Don't hurt at all but work very well.

oh we have a gentle leader too, but it's the kind that goes around the chest...the hook is in the front. Of course, I'm much too well behaved to actually pull, but my man doesn't like to put things around my neck and then yank on them. Which I appreciate. He used to try to do something called a "leash correction" but I put a stop to THAT pretty darn quick, I can tell you that.

Glad to hear that things are healing up nicely. And it certainly looked like a good day for a walk!
