Chip joined one of the training classes at my Obedience Club this week the first one after the Christmas break.
He already has his Bronze Kennel Club Good Citizen Award, which he got a couple of years ago but has not been to any obedience training since then so he has a bit of work to do before he can do his Silver.
Hi, If I'm correct your buddy is a miniature Schnauzer and he should remember quickly, because they are pretty smart. I think obedience, for all of us, is something that needs to be practiced continually. Have a wonderful weekend. Noreen & Reggie
English Shepherds are descended from the dogs settlers took with them to North America to work on their farms from England and lowland Scotland. They were bred to be all round farm and family dogs rather than having just one job to do.
They have been recognized as a distinct breed by the UKC in the USA, since the 1930's.
Wizz is one of the dogs from the first litter to be born in England, she was born on the 3rd of November 2008. Wizz's parents Adam & Eve have been brought to the UK from the US by Jackie to reintroduce the breed to this country.
Check out the 1st web link below to find out more and why.

Ha Ha, good one, Wizz. Mom says a lot of peeps think the same about Husky Obedience. We are obedient (when we think it is important:)

Chip looks like he's determined to make sure it's NOT an oxymoron!

I do think it is a bit of an oxymoron. However, that bit of spunk is just why I like terriers so much. Chip looks like he is doing quite well.
It won't take him long to get ready for the silver. You're all such talented dogs.
:)
That's what I was thinking. Didn't he win a the crackah dog terrier group in Mango Minster one year?
Ha... momma love love loves Chip.

Chip looks very attentive!
I think terriers are perfectly happy to be obedient... you know, when they feel like it. :)
Wow! Goin' for the silver. Go, Chip!! You got my Mom thinking--she said I need to get my act in order though.
